I went to PRISON - My Mental Health Struggles were very Destructive in fact so destructive that I went completely off the rails and ended up in the prison my dad had been Prison Governor Off.

My name is Jonathan Gravett and this is how I ended up in Prison.

In My Father's Prison - Is an audio book I would like to do one day but for now this is my testimony of how my life was effected by Mental Health and the struggles I have had since I was 5 years old. Mental Health can be very destructive and you can become suicidal as I was in this account of my life. I hope that this can help people who are struggling with their mental well being. and that it can help you avoid making the same mistakes I made and avoid Prison. I am a Christian and I am by no means perfect but I try to Trust in the Lord and be a decent person. I still make mistakes and no one is perfect. But I try.
