Leaving Whitout Notice

The plaintiff rented a space from the defendant, who ended up barging into the unit and disrespecting her privacy whenever she felt like it. The defendant refuses to return her security deposit, and so she’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff had left without any notice, and gotten someone else to move in. The place was a disaster, which is why she’s kept the deposit. She is countersuing for unpaid rent.
