Manhattan explosion: Police lines, crowds (360 video)

An explosion rocked a crowded Manhattan neighborhood and injured 29 people, and a suspicious device discovered blocks away from the scene was safely removed. Mayor Bill de Blasio ruled out any terror connections but calls the blast an “intentional act.” The Fire Department of New York says one person had serious injuries and 24 people were taken to hospitals. Most of the injuries were described as minor.
