How To Do The Bear Complex | Mirafit Guides
The Bear Complex is a classic Functional Training move. We invited weightlifting instructor Sheena Valentina into the Mirafit studio to show us how it’s done.
In the video, Sheena uses a Mirafit Technique Bar to clean the bar up, front squat, push, back squat and then lower the bar back down.
Using a technique bar is really important for more complex moves as it allows you to practise without putting yourself at risk of injury.
It weighs just 2.5kg and is perfect for helping you improve form and posture.
And as you get more used to using it, you can even load it up with some light bumper plates or plastic plates, to help bridge the gap between the technique bar and a full sized barbell.
