Stepping Up

The plaintiff says the defendant wanted to date her after they met, but she was really only interested in a sexual relationship. She says after she cut him off, he began stalking her and vandalized her car, so she’s suing. The defendant insists they sexted together, and he’s countersuing for emotional distress.
