Building the ‘Bench Sofa’ and a couple of testing trips

This week I make major progress on the van: building the bench seat from scratch, completing the window framing, and finishing the wall. It’s one of those satisfying episodes where everything finally starts to look intentional.

To celebrate the progress, I take the van out for a day at Llwyn Onn and then head into mid Wales for a two‑night trip to test the layout, enjoy the scenery, and reset in nature.
