Jeremy Lin Highlights: 2011 - 2012 Season

Here is my NBA highlight tribute video dedicated to Jeremy Lin of the New York Knicks. The footage comes from highlights of Jeremy Lin I've collected throughout the 2011 - 2012 NBA regular season.

Lin exploded onto the radar of Knicks fans during a game against the New Jersey Nets on February 4, 2012. He checked into the game as the Knicks were down double digits in the first half. With unrelenting drives to the hoop, precise passes, and incredible heart, he sparked the Madison Square Garden crowd and led his team to victory while posting 25 points on 10-19 shooting, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds.

After such an amazing performance, Jeremy Lin earned the first start of his career in the next game against the Utah Jazz. Again, Lin amazed Knicks fans, as well as his teammates, as he led the way to another victory. Outdoing himself from the night before, Lin scored 28 points on 10-17 shooting and dished out 8 assists.

Jeremy Lin's unbelievable level of play would continue throughout the season. Led by Lin, the Knicks would win 5 more games in a row and 8 in their next 11. Jeremy scored more points in the first several games of his career than any other player in NBA history.

As the "Linsanity" craze kept growing and growing, Jeremy Lin's profound effect transcended the game of basketball. His journey from one of the most obscure players in the league to an undeniable and incredible phenomenon inspired people across the world.

This highlight reel starts off where Lin's winning streak with the Knicks began - at Madison Square Garden on February 4th against the New Jersey Nets.

After that are his highlights against the Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, and his impressive performance against the Los Angeles Lakers.
