Freedom is knowing the power of doing less. Today I'm excited to share how to do less & prioritize your life, which is essentially teaching you how to design your life around what matters to you. You'll get a chance to self reflect & answer some journal prompts in this video to help you figure out what to focus on.

Essentialism is the concept of "less, but better." It's okay to do less, if you're choosing to do the right things. Focus on impact and value. Stop doing busywork and wasting time on distractions! Let's continue to hone in on how we spend our time and energy, and design our dream lives with clarity and intention. 💎✨

The best part about this is that it supports being gentle and compassionate with ourselves. Take off that pressure to do so much, or try to be everything to everyone. Focus on what truly matters and the most impactful actions, and everything will be fine. 💜
