MAKEUP CLASS: THE BLOWOUT

Today's class is all about learning the "blow out" technique and how to blend using dry brushes. We'll go over how to wear red eyeshadow and make it wearable for everyday!
This look is beginner level so anyone can try it and experiment with various shadows to create a new look for each day.
