“That’s Hunting” Kind of Day // Kauai Muzzleloader Goat Hunting June 2026
Today was a "That's hunting" kind of a day.
Goats everywhere we went. Good size billy for where we hunt stayed in the safety zone at 169 yards the whole time. I only saw billys this big in this unit about 3 times since i've been hunting here since 2018. A bunch of goats high up on the grass as soon as we got there but i'm not a very good hunter so I scared them all down. I wanted Zailea to shoot em because she's more sneaky. Me, i just like charge em. We tried. Already got my goat for the month so i'm good.
