George visits Ada's Café, a coffee shop and bookstore named after Ada Lovelace, the first computer programmer. Next he checks out The Garage at Microsoft where he meets with Steve Clayton, Jenny Lay-Flurrie and Peter Lee.

George explores Microsoft's culture of innovation, learns about Skype Translator and the birth of Eye-Gaze, a tracking technology that is helping retired NFL player Steve Gleason speak and even move his wheelchair.
