scrcpy (v1.14)
This application provides display and control of Android devices connected on USB (or over TCP/IP). It does not require any root access. It works on GNU/Linux, Windows and macOS.

Put both of these files in same place
1)scrcpy-server-v1.14 (renamed as scrcpy-server-v1.14.jar)
2)scrcpy-1.14.tar.gz (extracted ,renamed as scrcpy)

cheat sheet:-
cd scrcpy
meson x --buildtype release --strip -Db_lto=true \
-Dprebuilt_server=/path/to/scrcpy-server
ninja -Cx
sudo ninja -Cx install
