These sequences include footage of Tallapoosa, Buchanon, Carrollton, and their environs, including extensive footage of the bicentennial celebrations and parades. My grandfather, Roy Grady Cumby, filmed this footage in the 1970s using an 8mm Bell & Howell camera.
