1.Download Lively Wallpaper,TranslucentTB from Microsoft Store
2. Select the wallpaper which you like from lively wallpaper
3. If you open translation, TV will automatically change the taskbar transparent
4.Then go and search for rainmeter in Google or Microsoft Edge
5.Then download rainmeter
6. Then go and search for rainmeter mond
7. Download rain meter mode.When rainmeter mode opens It will automatically change the theme of rainmeter
8. Turn off task view button and Cortona button
9. Turn off news and interest and height search bar
10. Then enable links in the toolbar and allign center the applications
