Probation Violation -Are you wasting money?

Bet you never thought you would hear an attorney say they don't want your money or they can't take your money. That's right I said it.

Good attorneys are honest. There are always clients that can be helped. If the attorney can't help then why spend money. Sometimes the facts prohibit victory. This fact pattern screamed conviction. This woman needed the money to take care of herself. I'm not a thief and taking the money would have been Grand Theft. I know other attorneys that do the same thing.....we are not all bad. LOL

When you have a new law violation, probation violation cases get real difficult. If you can
get the judge to continue the VOP so you can review discovery on new case and take depositions you can arm yourself enough to have the battle. If not, your folding every-time. When you can't beat someone it's time to pucker up and beg. That's all that could be done. All the puckering in the world was not setting this man free.
