DIY Overland Camper Shell for $250 - Poor Man Fiberglass foamie truck camper cover shell

This is how I build a truck camper shell using a process called poor mans fiberglass for my Jeep Gladiator. In total I spent around $250 to build the whole cover and the whole cover weighs only 25lb!

This process uses glue, canvas and paint to achieve a similar effect that true fiberglass would. But unlike true fiberglass, this process is cheap!

The cover was designed to fit under a @JcrOffroad adventure rack carrying a roof top tent.

I am a maker and DIY is a core principle of my life. That being said please don't take anything I do as certain truth, the best way to complete a task or even necessarily safe.
