Today I tried another baked oatmeal recipe. This time I tried a healthier version of an apple pie, that is, apple pie as #bakedoats #applepie #healthydessert

Apple pie oats // healthy apple pie for 1
Calories: 370
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped and peeled apple
- 3/4 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup (can adjust as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Bake at 180C/ 350F for 20 min in a preheated oven.
