GETTING BACK INTO KETO / 30,000 DAILY FITBIT STEPS / HOW TO USE A FOAM ROLLER TO FOR YOUR CALFS

In this blog I get back into eating Keto doing lots of Keto recipes . Stuffed capsicum‘s , Broccoli cheesy bake , Keto egg muffins , we also learn how to use a foam roller with @j_fernie to roll out our calf muscles . Which will send help with all the walking we are doing in STEPtember 2021 . I try over four days to get 30,000 steps on my fitbit . We are still in lockdown in Melbourne Victoria Australia. All the way through lockdown we have managed to keep busy doing a lot of cooking crafts and lots of different things . We still are looking forward to getting back into van life . We travel all over Victoria and Australia normally in our ford transit campervan . Hopefully will be out of lockdown soon so we can get back on the road and share our adventures in our van . On this blog we have so many different adventures to check out of van life cooking thing dinner parties zoom party game ideas decorations and so much more. It’s been good getting back into exercise and getting fit and loving my Keto diet. Hi fat low carb diet so fantastic if you haven’t tried it you should definitely do it.
