Using Menstrual Discs With Long Nails

With a few exceptions you should be able to insert and remove a menstrual disc with long nails. There are comfort and hygiene issues to consider - sharp nails could scratch your tissue and possibly introduce bacteria. But with practice your nails shouldn't get in the way of using a menstrual disc. Certain discs with removal aids like Lumma, Diva Disc, Hey Zomi, or Hello Disc also enable you to remove easier when you have nails.
