In this video, I was talking to Ksenia Niglas, a former Fulbrighter from Estonia who was studying Education at the University of Michigan in 2016-2017. That was her 3rd(!) master’s degree and now she is doing her Ph.D. in Mathematics Education at University of Cambridge, UK. We talked about “life after Fulbright”, getting funded by Fulbright Program for the 3rd master’s degree, two year home rule, working while studying, Fulbright seminars, education and healthcare in the U.S.

Hi, my name is Yuliia, I am a former Fulbright Fellow from Ukraine and this is my channel where I interview Fulbrighters from all over the world. I came to the U.S. in 2015 to pursue Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. After graduation I stayed in the U.S. with my husband, who also used to be a Fulbrighter and stayed at Western Michigan University for Ph.D.

Fulbright Student Organisation at Western Michigan University is one of the biggest Fulbright communities on campus in the U.S. And it is a truly incredible and welcoming group of intelligent people from all over the world.
