YELLOWSTONE | A Land Before Our Time

Entering Yellowstone National Park feels like stepping back in time. This is a world in which the planet is still young, where hot springs scatter the landscape, where bison, elk, bears and wolves still roam the land, and geyser explosions tower above even the tallest of trees.

On our road trip we spent a couple of days exploring this one-of-a-kind national park in north-western Wyoming. We had high expectations but Yellowstone had no trouble meeting and far exceeding those. Its wealth of animal life and the seemingly pre-historic landscape of colorful hot springs, steaming rivers and gurgling mud volcanoes made this our favorite national park to date.
