Amazing Slow Downer (lite version free, full $14.99)
Slow down tempo, change key. Connects to Apple Music and Spotify in addition to allowing you to import audio files. The interface is pretty dated, but it works as advertised. The lite version will play the first two minutes of a song with the full version unlocking all the features.
