Chinese provincials and low-paid families will suffer; the rich and middle class have some asset reserves or wealth to delay the impact, but I doubt that, as they live far beyond their means with the NOW TODAY mindset. Additionally, the Chinese invest everything into property, the easy, quick money route, so now Evergrande, Vanke, and Country Garden developers have fallen epically.

Incomplete contractual obligations, non-paying employees, and promising buyers to pay up front for homes.
It's about to be apocalyptic in scale, which will ripple across China, devastating ordinary people's lives.
The greedy and intolerant business practices know no boundaries. The wealthy have flown; the middle class says they didn’t see it coming. The low-paid just take what comes and have no recourse for help from the government, CCP, or companies that close up shop and run away!
