An array of animals all use the same fallen trunk as a bridge

This is the heart-warming moment a menagerie of animals use a fallen tree trunk over le lac du Der in Champagne, France, as their very own animal crossing. Footage, captured by wildlife artist Jean Chevallier, 57, throughout 2018, shows tiny field mice, woodpeckers, a cat and even a snake travel across the natural walkway in an attempt to stay dry.
