Weight Gain & Pain Micro
For most of us, our weight changes throughout the year.
During the winter, we tend to gain a bit of weight because of several factors such as low activity, and holidays.
Usually during the summer, we tend to lose a bit of weight to look good or because we are naturally more active.
What we don't recognize is pain will still exist, during every season. No matter how much weight we have gained or loss.
