Reiki (translated to spiritually guided life force energy) is a harmonious energy healing modality that never depletes, it never causes harm and has nothing to do with my energy. I am simply a conduit or a channel. It does, however, have to do with the viewer's willingness to be open to what comes. You don't have to "work" when receiving Reiki. The majority of the healing happens in our subconscious, which is the 95% of us that we are completely unaware of, so there is trut and faith to be had in that. But that doesn't mean you won't experience temperature changes, tingles, other physical sensations, emotional releases, epiphanies or more! You may just feel more relaxed. It is so powerful that is can be done from a distance, and feel free to come back to this recording if you feel the call, because most likely there is another message you weren't ready for the first time, or a new level to the healing that you're ready to unlock!
