I messed up period. Lost my cool and became over the top. It was a gradual process that I had seen coming years before. This job can wear you down and as professionals we need to be able to take the time off to let it go. I was in the wrong in this video and can only now show it again so that others may learn from my mistake.

We are all human and even the best have an off day. It takes a lot to look at ourselves first in all situations and see the accountable version. This is mine!
