How to treat Hemorrhoids fast at home
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, affect up to 75 percent of people in the United States at some point in their lives. More often it hit them when people are between the ages of 45 and 65.

Hemorrhoids symptoms
Some of the common symptoms of hemorrhoids are blood clots or lumps around the anus, bleeding when defecating, irritation near the anal region and the need to have a bowel movement, even when there is no stool.

Hemorrhoids Causes
This common problem occurs when veins in the anus and rectum become inflamed. A number of factors contribute to them, such as gravity, family history, constipation, low-fiber diet, heavy lifting, obesity, food allergies, lack of physical activity, pregnancy and prolonged sitting or standing.

Types of hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are mainly of two types - internal or external. As the terms suggest, internal hemorrhoids develop inside the rectum and external hemorrhoids are located just under the skin around the anus.

Hemorrhoids treatment
ice

The first home treatment that is highly recommended is the ice. Ice will help constrict blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief.

Apply an ice pack or a piece of ice melted part of the wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes.
Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid is gone.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is one of the best ingredients from nature for the treatment of hemorrhoids. The anti-inflammatory and therapeutic properties of aloe vera help reduce irritation of hemorrhoids. Aloe vera can be used both for internal and external hemorrhoids.

For treatment of external hemorrhoids, apply some aloe vera gel to the anus and slowly massage the area. This simple remedy gives pain relief and relieves the burning sensation.
For treatment of internal hemorrhoids, cut aloe vera leaves into strips. Be sure to cut the pieces similar to spines of the plant. Place the slices in a bowl and freeze. Apply cold strip aloe vera cream to painful hemorrhoids to relieve pain, burning and itching sensation.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice contains many nutrients that can give you relief from hemorrhoids by strengthening capillaries and blood vessel walls.

Saturate a cotton ball with freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply it on hemorrhoid. Initially, there will be some slight tingling or a burning sensation, but pain relief will soon follow.

Almond oil

Almond oil, known for its properties of absorption of emollients and deep tissue, is mainly used to treat external hemorrhoids. Dip a cotton ball in pure oil and apply it on the affected area almonds. Moisturizes and soothes inflammation and relieves burning sensation and itching in and around the anus.

Olive oil

Olive oil has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is mainly used to treat external hemorrhoids. This will help increase the elasticity of blood vessels, which in turn will help to reduce inflammation and shrink swollen blood vessels in the anal canal.

Eat a teaspoon of olive oil a day. This will help reduce inflammation and monounsaturated fats enhance the functionality of the excretory system.

whole grains

Start eating whole grain products if you have hemorrhoids. whole grain products contain a good amount of fiber, which is very effective in relieving symptoms of hemorrhoids and bleeding.

witch hazel
Mild astringent and healing properties of witch hazel help alleviate the discomfort associated with hemorrhoids. The astringent property can help reduce inflammation of blood vessels, relieve pain, itching, and swelling.

Soak a cotton ball in witch hazel distilled water and apply to the hemorrhoids. Do this at least three times a day.

apple cider vinegar

Due to the astringent properties of apple cider vinegar helps shrink swollen blood vessels and gives relief from inflammation and irritation of both internal and external hemorrhoids. Be sure to use vinegar unfiltered and unpasteurized for faster results.

In the case of external hemorrhoids, gently press a cotton ball soaked in apple cider vinegar against the inflamed area. Initially, there will be a burning sensation but soon will get relief from itching and irritation. Do this several times a day until the swelling subsides.

Black Tea Bags

The tannic acid in tea is a kind of natural astringent that will help reduce swelling and pain associated with hemorrhoids.

Dip a black tea bag in hot water. Remove from water and let cool slightly. Apply the hot tea, wet to the swollen veins for about 10 minutes.
