Easy Cheesy Onion Appetizers

Ingredients
1 jumbo yellow onion, diced
2 cups of Mozzarella, shredded
3 eggs, beaten (reserve two for egg wash)
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Mix onions, cheese, 1 beaten egg, flour and salt. Combine well.
Form into one inch balls for small appetizers and two inch balls for larger appetizers. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer. Coat balls in egg wash and then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 375 degrees.
Serve hot with marinara sauce.
