After 21 years in corporate, Tara took the entrepreneurial leap and became President and CEO of P3TGroup, Inc, a culture firm created to help companies maximize employee potential. When she's not with clients or speaking, Tara can be found happily hiding at home with her husband, five of their six children, and their two dogs.
