Hello lovely people,
This is the first winter warming stew out of four I'm posting this February and March. I start with a take on Boeuf Bourguignon which is traditionally made with beef and make it vegan by using chunky winter vegetables and lentils. It's a rich and hearty stew with a lot of character. Very much looking forward to sharing the other recipes shortly, until then I hope you enjoy this one!
