today we are getting my life in check, hangover edition. this is my post-drinking routine and tips to help you deal with hangover anxiety. i didn't know "hangover anxiety" was a term until the internet helped me feel less alone on the very weak days following a night out. but these things help me feel like myself again and get past that horrible feeling of guilt and confusion.
