Recently I've been working on learning to be still. This has meant many different things to me and I've made a lot of little shifts to try and achieve it. Namely I'm working toward being more mindful in my life and being more present in each task I am preforming. It's been a very peaceful transition and something I am so grateful to be doing more of now.
