How to Fix PS5 DualSense Stick Drift with Hall Effect Joysticks | Console

In this video I fix PS5 DualSense stick drift the permanent way by swapping the worn analog stick for Hall Effect (TMR) modules. I walk through testing the drift, opening the controller, disconnecting the battery, desoldering the old stick, installing the new Hall Effect joystick, and reassembling safely. Then I show how to calibrate center/deadzone so the sticks feel smooth and accurate again.
