FALL CRAPPIE FISHING (2020) How to locate and catch fall crappie

In this video I'm doing some FALL CRAPPIE FISHING. I show you how to locate and catch fall crappie using side imaging and livescope if you have one.

The fall transition is here and the crappie are beginning to feed heavily on shad. The crappie that I catch in this video are located on a large flat and are hanging around submerged laydowns, stumps and anything else they can find so they can ambush shad as they swim by.

The crappie will remain in these areas for a month or so until the water temperature drops enough to push them back to the deeper water where they will stay throughout the winter.
