Skam | Bonfire Heart

I made this video to celebrate all the forms of love in Skam, from siblings to friends to significant others, because love is limitless with infinite possibilities. No matter what happens in this world of hatred and negativity, a little bit of love can change you, and the people around you, in unexplainable ways. And that is really important to remember.

So this here is the little tribute I meant to make in June. If you feel sad or happy or in any way emotional while watching it, it's because I am shoving my love into you. Because I put every ounce of love I have for this show, for these characters, for these plots and actors and Julie Andem, for myself, and for this ridiculous world in general, into this video. So I'm spreading the love and I hope you feel it and I hope you take a moment to reflect on what the word means to you and how you can better incorporate love into your life because that is something I have been working on the last few months since I've taken myself out of the stratosphere of the anger and misery of this world. And I can say I am a better version of myself and by far a happier person than I've ever been.

Ok that got real deep real fast, but I truly hope you take these words into consideration. I love you all, I don't think I can accurately express how truly grateful I am for each and every view I get on these videos. This is just something I've fiddled around with since I was 13 and never really expected anyone to see let alone genuinely (hopefully) enjoy. As a little explanation to why I disappeared for a couple months, the views I got on some of my videos relatively overwhelmed me and I realized I had started making videos with the thought of how others will react to it, rather than making them because that's what I wanted and enjoyed. But after taking a few months off, I have rediscovered that incredible feeling I get when it's just me and my editor and absolutely zero food/water/sleep. I don't know how many Skam videos are gonna be popping out after this one, but I promise I'll still be here. Lurking. Stalking all of your content because watching fanvids is how I spend 90% of my free time.

Anyways, that was much longer than I anticipated and if you read it all, kudos to you. I guess the takeaway from this is to remember. Hate spreads. But fortunately, love does too. xoxoxo
