Megazyme’s high purity dyed, soluble Azo-CM-Cellulose for the specific measurement of endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase (cellulase) enzyme activity, for research, biochemical enzyme assays and in vitro diagnostic analysis.
This video protocol is also applicable to many of Megazyme’s other soluble chromogenic substrates – a similar procedure is carried out using the appropriate substrate.
This video will talk you through the assay principle and procedure, and explain how to perform the necessary calculations.
