How to make Nachos Recipe:
Water - 1 cup
Baking Soda - 2 pinches
Corn Meal / Makai ka Atta - 1 cup (packed)
Plain Flour / Maida - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
White / Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Oil - to deep fry

Cheesy Sauce -
Butter - 1 tbsp
Maida / Plain Flour - 1 tbsp
Cream - ½ cup
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
White / Black Pepper = ½ tsp
Salt - to season
Cheddar Cheese - ½ cup
Milk - 1 cup
Food Color - 1 pinch (optional

Assorted Veggies - Jalapenos, Onion, Green Pepper, Tomatos, Corn etc
