402 E Locust #201 Before and After

This project began in 2013 when I purchased this 1910 Classical Revival. Initially I began with some light renovation while I gathered up my resources to go forward with a complete renovation worthy of this diamond in the rough. In January of 2016 I began the work with all the contractors lined out expecting to turn it around in 12 months. My timeline was far from realistic as the months drug on and all the unanticipated hiccups in the renovation surfaced. After 22 months and a laser focus on the finish line it all came to an end. Here are the finished results; before and after of the second floor apartment.
