**Correction: I said that "all" tourists "knew about the level 2 warning" when in fact only "some" of the tourists knew. Meaning, some of the tourists may have NOT gone to the island that day had they been told/understood what Level 2 meant. I meant no disrespect and apologize to anyone who was there, or has friends/loved ones who were there.**
