Whirlpool WTW4800XQ0 spinning full speed

Here is a vid of my new Whirlpool spinning a load of towels at full speed (700 RPM). The machine does a low speed burst first (400 RPM), coasts to a complete stop, then speeds up to full speed for a few minutes. The vid shows the last little bit of the low burst's stop then it speeds up to full. During the main portion of the spin, the pump shuts off making it very quiet.
