SOLIDWORKS 2021 New Features & Enhancements: SOLIDWORKS PDM

There have been a lot of enhancements and new features in #SOLIDWORKS 2021. SOLIDWORKS Premium has always enjoyed great integration with Windows Explorer. In 2021, we have even greater integrations with elements of the Windows 10 interface such as the ribbon bar. It's in the Details View that there's more power; I can see all this data available about my projects.

We have a cool new feature we can also do called column sets. I can define different columns I want to show and users can easily view and go through these columns. They can essentially change the lens through which they are looking at this data.

You can now add, delete, and move new columns in your Quick Search as well. You can set permissions, change your default type, have administrative level permissions, and more.
