In this episode of Tinker Tool Time, I explore the very basics of operating a shop press safely. We will explore the components of the press, what size I use and the fundamentals of pressing bearings onto shafts or into pockets, something most press owners want to do.

This is by no means a complete tutorial on everything a press can do, however I do intend to build on this series and cover more press functions as the season progresses so stay tuned.
