Phase 1: Prep
15 min Stationary Bike.

Phase 2: Space & Stability
3 Sets x 40 sec No-Thumb Dead Hangs (Deep Decompression).

3 Sets (12, 15, 12) 3-0-3 Tempo Supinated Pull-Aparts (Zero Burn).

Phase 3: Tendon & Scapular Work
3 Sets x 12 Eccentric EZ-Bar Curls (20 lbs / 5 sec Negative). Result: Silent Bicep.
2 Sets x 12 Scapular Pushups. Result: Smooth blade articulation.
