जम्मू-कश्मीर में लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के बीच 8 से अधिक स्थानों पर कथित तौर पर बादल फटने की घटनाओं ने भारी तबाही मचा दी है। राजौरी, पुंछ और शोपियां सहित कई जिलों में हालात गंभीर हो गए हैं। तेज बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ के कारण कई नदियां उफान पर हैं और उफनते पानी में कई छोटे पुल बह जाने की खबरें सामने आई हैं। राजौरी के ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में लगातार तेज बारिश जारी है, जबकि पुंछ की बेतार नदी में कई मवेशियों के फंसने की सूचना मिली है। प्रशासन, पुलिस और राहत एजेंसियां प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में हालात का जायजा ले रही हैं और जरूरत पड़ने पर बचाव अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

Amidst continuous heavy rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir, reported cloudburst incidents at more than eight locations have caused widespread devastation. The situation has become critical in several districts, including Rajouri, Poonch, and Shopian. Heavy rains and flash floods have caused rivers to swell, with reports of several small bridges being washed away by the surging waters. Heavy rain continues in the high-altitude areas of Rajouri, while livestock have reportedly been trapped in the Betar River in Poonch. The administration, police, and relief agencies are assessing the situation in the affected areas, and rescue operations are being conducted where necessary.
