wade no 7 lathe spindle teardown

One thing I forgot to cover is that the preload ring has to go on the correct way, if you flip it there isn't enough thread relief to generate any preload. When I got it the spacer was freely spinning and I think someone put it on backwards and couldn't get the preload which made them think it was junk.
