Roll Up Bed Cover For My Mazda B2000 B2200 Regular Cab | Flake Garage

Here is the only cover I seen made exactly for the Mazda regular cab and ext cab:

They are pricey but they SHOULD fit perfect on it or at least have some manufacturing support.
I don't have experience with these covers and I didn't want to spend double the amount to find out so reach out to them and ask questions before purchasing.
