Surfside Condo Remains To Be Demolished As Tropical Storm Elsa Swirls Closer

Demolition crews are preparing to implode the remaining portion of Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Florida, as Tropical Storm Elsa threatens Florida’s shores. Ongoing rescue efforts have been put on hold due to concerns about the building’s stability and will not resume until demolition is complete. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports for Sunday TODAY.
