Back & Biceps Gym Workout BARRAGE!

We hit the gym and tackled an intense back and biceps workout. Pull-Ups, Close Grip Rows, Hammer Curls. You name it, we did it.

Back and Biceps Gym Workout:

Weighted Pull-Ups - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Close Grip Seated Rows - 4 Sets / 12, 10, 8, 8 Reps
T-Bar Rows - 4 Sets / 12, 10, 8, 8 Reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Dumbbell Pullovers - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Seated Cable Curls - 3 Sets / 12 Reps
Hammer Curls - 3 Sets / 12 Reps
Preacher Reverse Curls - 3 Sets / 12 Reps

Workout Length - 75 Minutes. Rest times 60-90 seconds between each set.
