Disc herniation, Sciatica Pain Relief Exercises!
These are 2 Specific Exercises to do for lower back pain caused by a disc herniation and or sciatica nerve pain down the leg. After doing these exercises ice the lower back for 15-20 minutes. Do these exercises at least 2-3 times a day and see a good Chiropractor that uses some type of spinal decompression like Inversion Therapy AKA hanging upside down which I’ve been using for 34 years. 🙃
